| Words are not enough to express our gratitude for all Marla has done to help us with the selling of our home. Marla took time to make a list of things to do to make our home more appealing to the prospsective buyer. Not only did she take the time to make this list for us, she actually came over to help get the home ready for showing. She put candy in the candy dish and followed up with us on comments fromt the showings. Marla suggesteed we put pansies out in the yard and pots to help with eye appeal and since we had moved out of the area, she bought the pansies, came over and planted them for us! Marla was with us every step of the way with the negotiations and stopped by to help with whatever we needed her to do as we were moving the rest of our things. She has gone out of her way to be the best real estate agent around. Having dealt wih other agents in the past, we can say with confidence Marla is a step above the rest. | ||

| We would recommend Marla King to anyone seeking to buy a house. On short notice she was able to put together a package tour and after looking for a short time, she was able to discern our needs. She was constantly on the computer finding different locales and expanding our original boundaries. We felt we had a good foundation of understanding and could come back to Georgia on short notice and be able to find a house that met our needs. Marla found two more houses we needed to look at before we left. Then, instead of having to make a return trip later, when it probably would not have been convenient, we found a lot designed for the house plan we liked at a price that was afffordable to us. | ||
